Services

XLogyx Inc. provides professional financial and business advisory services, including financial modelling, FP&A, business planning, feasibility studies, financial analysis, investor relations, fundraising support, market research, and related consulting services.

Specific services, deliverables, fees, timelines, and responsibilities will be agreed separately with each client.

Engagement & Payment

Services are provided based on the agreed scope of work and commercial terms. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, applicable fees are payable according to the payment terms stated in the relevant proposal, quotation, or engagement agreement.

Client Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to perform the agreed services.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables specifically prepared for a client will be provided for the client's agreed business purposes. XLogyx Inc. retains ownership of its pre-existing methodologies, templates, tools, models, know-how, and proprietary materials.

Limitation

XLogyx Inc. provides professional advisory and analytical services based on information available and assumptions agreed with the client. Final business, investment, financing, or other commercial decisions remain the responsibility of the client.
