Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

XLogyx Inc. provides professional consulting and advisory services, including financial modelling, feasibility studies, business plans, strategic planning, FP&A, financial analysis, and related digital deliverables.

As our services are primarily professional and digitally delivered, there are no physical products or physical returns.

Project Cancellation

Cancellation terms will generally be governed by the individual proposal or engagement agreement agreed with the client.

Where work has already commenced, fees relating to work performed, resources committed, or deliverables substantially completed may not be refundable.

Refunds

Any refund will be considered based on:

• The specific engagement terms;

• Work already completed;

• Costs or resources committed by XLogyx Inc.; and

• The circumstances of the cancellation.

Where a project is cancelled before work commences, any applicable refund will be handled according to the agreed engagement terms.
